She needed something to do in her hotel room or in a park. The only piece of equipment you will need is a jump rope. Do the following circuit 2-3 times through. Take as little breaks as possible between exercises. Take a 2 minute break between rounds. High knees in place X 50 reps total. Jump rope X 50 reps. Push ups X 20 reps.
